Soave, Verona (VR), Italy
Obtained from selected and healthy grapes, and through 1-day whole maceration in steel tanks; after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into 150hl steel tanks where the fermentation is completed; it is then filtered and bottled.
Pleasant and delicate with characteristic aromas of tomato leaf and apple.
Dry, velvety, tasty, fruity, well-bodied, and harmonic with slight bitter almond aftertaste; it has good acidity and alcoholic degree; it is very persistent on the palate and best drunk when young.
Serving suggestions
A classic aperitif in the area of Verona, ideal with seafood salads and main courses based on shellfish and fish. It is also perfect with white meats and with boiled, grilled or fried fish. Serve at 10-12°C.
